Kirk has recently retired from a 30-year career in business. As a participant in ITD activities over the years, Kirk knows first-hand the benefit of being called out of isolation and into Christ-centered community. He is bringing his business acumen to the back office to help build organizational structure for INTO THE DEEP.
Cliff Reynolds
DIRECTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP
Cliff brings over five decades of rich and diverse ministry experience to his role as Director of Discipleship and Mentoring at INTO THE DEEP. Over the past 54 years, Cliff has served faithfully as a missionary, church planter, lead pastor, men’s pastor, and church consultant, ministering both in full-time and bi-vocational church positions. His journey reflects a deep commitment to shepherding others in every season of life. A seminary graduate with extensive additional biblical studies, Cliff is passionate about building Christ-centered communities and raising up leaders grounded in Scripture and spiritual maturity. In his current role, Cliff is focused on developing a robust mentoring culture and discipleship pathway that calls men out of isolation and into transformative relationships anchored in Christ.
Alisha Murphy
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Alisha Murphy serves as the Operations Manager for INTO THE DEEP, helping bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the mission of calling men out of isolation and into Christ-centered community. With a strong background in organization, process management, and team support, Alisha ensures that the day-to-day operations of the ministry run smoothly so the team can focus on reaching and discipling men.
Known for her attention to detail and ability to keep moving parts aligned, Alisha plays a key role in coordinating events, supporting internal systems, and helping translate vision into action. Her work behind the scenes strengthens the foundation that allows INTO THE DEEP to continue expanding its impact through gatherings, discipleship pathways, and community-building initiatives.
Alisha is passionate about seeing lives transformed through authentic relationships and faith-centered community. She is grateful to be part of a ministry that equips men to pursue God, build meaningful friendships, and lead with purpose in their families and communities.
